PROJECT C.A.R.E.S. (Community Activities Reaching to Everyone thru Services) turns 9 this year!





Project C.A.R.E.S. started as a support program for the revival of the Bacolod “CAMIA” Jaycees with a Barangay Health Workers Day at Barangay Granada on February 15, 2000.
